Fact-Checking Policy

Before publication, every review and article on Spendesk is fact-checked against primary sources. Pricing is verified against the vendor's public pricing page on the day of publication and re-verified during our scheduled review cycles.

Our verification steps

1. Confirm pricing plans and per-seat costs from the vendor's website.
2. Verify feature claims by testing in a live trial or paid account.
3. Cross-check security certifications against the vendor's trust center.
4. Validate integration listings against the vendor's marketplace.
5. Update the "Last reviewed" date on each affected review.

Corrections

If we find an error after publication — or a reader reports one — we correct the affected content within two business days and note material corrections at the top of the article.
